Once again Greg and the Tasca Cadillac service team rescued me and my Cadillac. The car was serviced the morning my husband dropped it off and was told to wait for the car . This priority attention is what keeps me coming back. It was a rather expensive trip but in the world today everything I mean everything costs more and in some cases you get less. Not with Greg at Tasca. I always feel that I am treated with respect and fairness and honesty no amount of money phases me. Bills just keep coming and I need a car to get to work to pay my bills. After more than 20 years I always feel that I’m treated fairly and appreciate all the time and effort shown to me at Tasca.

Great service and communication
I just had the most incredible experience with TASCA Cadillac’s Service Department! Greg Gorman the Assistant Manager could not have possibly been nicer!! He immediately made me feel at ease with his warm and engaging personality. I was expecting a stuffy snooty attitude from an Cadillac dealer and Greg treated me like a very easy going, easily approachable professional which I appreciate greatly! He took fabulous care of me and my XT5! And not only Greg but others who I came in contact with, acknowledged me warmly which I appreciate. I compliment the general manager and whoever is responsible for the outstanding training of managers and employees!! WELL DONE TASCA!!!! I have ALWAYS been a General Motors customer and have owned 4 Cadillacs (STS, Eldorado, Escalade and XT5). I will be a customer for life!!!
Great sales experience! Joe was super patient with multiple test drives and was able to work some of the sale/financing details over the phone to save me time when I went back to complete the sale. And I love my new car! It’s a dream compared to my previous vehicle. Very impressed!
Great experience! Quick response to online request, Phone follow up for appt, greeted immediately at dealership, sales agent Mike was easy to work with and very accommodating, finance options were easy to understand, Kim in finance was quick and explained everything and others at the dealership (Chad) even chipped in to help make the experience fun and simple. The dealership was beautiful and clean too!

This review is about the Service Department and Greg Gorman in particular. We have been trusting Greg with our vehicles for years, and he has never disappointed us. Not only is he personable, considerate, and kind, but efficient and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles he schedules for service. If we have an unexpected repair, he is gracious enough to answer all questions thoroughly and explain in detail what is needed and why. It is rare to find all of those qualities in one person, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have Greg, the Assistant Service Manager, as the leader of our dedicated service team. I called Tasca about a vehicle I was interested in. Charice gave me all of her time to answer a list of questions. She never made me feel pressured to buy and only wanted me to make the best decision for me. I took the chance to drive my trade-in 12 hours from home to purchase this vehicle. This was the BEST purchasing experience I have ever had. Charice did everything she said she would over the phone. AMAZING! Ron, the manager, came to introduce himself and made me feel at home as well. He really cares A LOT about customer satisfaction. He is definitely a very genuine person. Kim, in finance, was amazing to work with as well. She TRULY knows what she is doing and will find the best financial option for you. Definitely give her a try prior to researching your own financial option. You will not regret working with her. Previously, I have had a lot of bad experiences with dealerships and especially in the financial department. Always great service, thank you. So good, we returned to buy a new car. Great customer service and no hassle or pressure. Charice really worked diligently to get us the best deal and trade in for our old Buick regal on a new SUV. Much appreciated.
Julio was very good to me and my mom during the process of buying a car for my mom even though we came into a issue he work really hard with financial to make sure my mom left with her new vehicle and I want thank the financial department for making everything smooth for us and once again thanks Julio 🙂

Met with the manager to try and sell my car, he was very friendly, gave great details about what they can do. While we didn't ultimately make a deal, despite a very fair offer, they made me want to be a customer in the future for sure. Everyone I met there was great!

This dealership went the extra mile I am confident this was just a unique situation and is not a reflection of the dealership or Cadillac.
