I had been searching for a Volkswagen Golf R for quite sometime and Tasca in Melbourne had one on their lot. I worked out a deal over the phone with my salesman, Chad who made the process very easy. I put down a deposit and flew into Orlando a few days later to pick up the car and drive it back home and aside from a few paperwork issues that were not their fault everything went very smoothly. I'm only leaving 3 stars because at one point during this deal, the General Manager of the dealer Joe Donfranceso called me after I had a purchase order and a deposit down to very unprofessionally raise his voice and tell me that he would not do the deal that I had already agreed too because he "wasn't losing money on someone from out of state" and "his cars on his lot were reserved for his local customers" but at this point the car had been on the lot for 45 days and nobody local was buying it. If I had not already had a deposit down on the car I would have most likely purchased elsewhere after this insane phone call.
Great customer service, quick turnaround and pleasant environment make each trip for service a pleasant experience.
The service advisors were very friendly and answered all my questions. My car was ready on time, and the whole service appointment was quick and hassle-free.
Greg Gorman makes the difference. I am extremely happy with my service at Tasca Cadillac here in Melbourne FL. Greg provided a cell number and email that allows my direct access to him in regards to any questions and concerns I have with the service on my Cadillac CT-5. It is a really nice car and I can not be happier with the ride and comfort. Greg has made the level of service what you would expect out of owning a Cadillac.
I can honestly say working with Greg Gorman was great. He was very knowledgeable about my car. He took care of everything. Very satisfied.
I give them one star, because i don't want anyone to think I forgot to rate them. I took my Hummer EV in on December 10th, 2024, and still do not have it back 10 weeks later. Worse is the fact that I still can't get an idea of when I might get it back. It went in for a mandatory "update". Apparently they fried the electrical system while doing the work. I found out through back door channels that the parts came in 2 weeks ago, but they still haven't touched it. They are waiting for a motor that controls the bed cover. As if I want to wait for that. I told them last Tuesday to just get it running and give it back. Still no Hummer and no answer as to when I will get it. Terrible, terrible customer communications. I've asked for management to call me, but that doesn't happen either.
Completely satisfied with our recent service, as always. We have worked with Greg Gorman for years and continue to deal directly with him.

Once again Greg and the Tasca Cadillac service team rescued me and my Cadillac. The car was serviced the morning my husband dropped it off and was told to wait for the car . This priority attention is what keeps me coming back. It was a rather expensive trip but in the world today everything I mean everything costs more and in some cases you get less. Not with Greg at Tasca. I always feel that I am treated with respect and fairness and honesty no amount of money phases me. Bills just keep coming and I need a car to get to work to pay my bills. After more than 20 years I always feel that I’m treated fairly and appreciate all the time and effort shown to me at Tasca.

I just had the most incredible experience with TASCA Cadillac’s Service Department! Greg Gorman the Assistant Manager could not have possibly been nicer!! He immediately made me feel at ease with his warm and engaging personality. I was expecting a stuffy snooty attitude from an Cadillac dealer and Greg treated me like a very easy going, easily approachable professional which I appreciate greatly! He took fabulous care of me and my XT5! And not only Greg but others who I came in contact with, acknowledged me warmly which I appreciate. I compliment the general manager and whoever is responsible for the outstanding training of managers and employees!! WELL DONE TASCA!!!!
