Greg Gorman makes the difference. I am extremely happy with my service at Tasca Cadillac here in Melbourne FL. Greg provided a cell number and email that allows my direct access to him in regards to any questions and concerns I have with the service on my Cadillac CT-5. It is a really nice car and I can not be happier with the ride and comfort. Greg has made the level of service what you would expect out of owning a Cadillac.

I give them one star, because i don't want anyone to think I forgot to rate them. I took my Hummer EV in on December 10th, 2024, and still do not have it back 10 weeks later. Worse is the fact that I still can't get an idea of when I might get it back. It went in for a mandatory "update". Apparently they fried the electrical system while doing the work. This dealership went the extra mile I am confident this was just a unique situation and is not a reflection of the dealership or Cadillac. Cadillac is my favorite car that I have had so far And this dealership is great

Went in today for a screw in my tire was told I need all new tires $1200 estimate But I only have 17,000 miles and am a slow driver . I am shocked at the fact that either poor tires were put on in the first place (purchased it new in 2021) or Cadillac quality has gone down so much that no one cares . Everything I read says tires should last at least 30,000 miles or more Waiting for a call from the general manager to see what can be done Not sure if I want another Cadillac.

From the moment we were placed in touch with Jay Jackson, my wife and I were extended every professional courtesy, and treated to the smoothest auto transaction we've ever experienced. Ron Wilcox assisted us in deciding upon the perfect car for our needs, and our trade-in was granted a far higher appraisal than we'd been provided elsewhere. The remainder of our transaction transpired without the slightest issue, and everyone we met at Tasca contributed to a pleasingly pleasant atmosphere. We left entirely happy with our purchase, and certain that we'd one day be returning.

They were very responsive to my initial inquiry. Unfortunately I didn’t realize how far away they were( I fat figured the search radius) and the expense to pick out a vehicle there would offset any savings. But had they been closer I believe I would have reduced their inventory by 1.

Service department was great. They went out of their way for me. Way better than their GMC service department. Went up to look at new cars and salesman was busy texting on his phone. When he did finally talk to me he was talking down to me and rude. One thing I know now is Murphy Cadillac is retired I won't be back to this dealership. Their sales department is as bad as their service department at their GMC location down the road. Pretty sad you can treat your customers like crap in times like these!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I wish I could leave 0 stars. We bought an Escalade from them in November of 2017 and will NEVER purchase a Cadillac again. The owner Kevin can apparently refuse service if you have an issue with your new vehicle. The rear seat rattled in my new car and we had to bring it to them 3 times to fix. Now we have an issue with the transmission and they are refusing service on a warrantied vehicle. Buyer beware, the sales team will give you empty promises and the service department SUCKS!

We bought a cadillac from Murphy and had it for a few years, we decided we wanted an SUV looked at the Escalade but much to pricey, we went to GM an decided on a Yukon the dealership pulled up the carfax

I did extensive research when replacing my old CTS with 90,000 miles and decided that I wanted a certified used 2014 two door CTS-V with a 6 speed manual. I purchased a new to me Cadillac ATS in May of this year. The car has a factory warranty that will expire in December 2016. Most of my concerns have been taken care of at another Cadillac dealership (that is closer to my home). However, Ii have had a water leak that 2 other dealerships have not been able to locate. Murphy Cadillac in Melbourne Florida. Luis assured me the recalls would be completed at absolutely no charge. He called and said touchscreen froze while updating and they would replace screen at No Charge but would need vehicle another day. Next day called me and said it would cost me $1337.00 to replace screen. I was also told since it froze during updates he called GM to make sure there was no charge and they said there would be no charge, however Murphy Cadillac would have to wait for screen shipment.

I purchased a new 2010 SRX from Murphy Cadillac and I had a great experiance. I would definately recommend them for service as well as this is my third Cadillac from Murphy and have had great service on all of them. Rob Selkow has been my salesmen and he is very knowledgable about the vehicles he represents.

when we first arrived with my 2004 Lexus we inquired about the value of that car and asked if they had a "blue" book listing the value of my car. They replied "no" but would look it up. We decided that we loved the Cadillac and would like to buy it. They said my car was worth $8,500 dollars and would apply that against the cost of the Cadillac. My parents are in their 80s and purchased a new CTS at Murphy on 12/18 with a trade. Their trade was a 2004 Lexus ES330 with 55,000 miles which the salesman allowed $8,500 towards the purchase,telling them this was the KBB price. They paid cash for the balance. This was a total rip off as the car was clean and should have been appraised at $12,000 or better(as listed on KBB or Edmunds).
