Took our Cadillac SUV in for an oil and filter change. They performed several service items that were not requested nor required with an invoice exceeding $1,000. One of the items was the servicing of our transmission for $300. It didn't leak before that service but did afterward. We returned to stop the leak and they initially charged $200 for that repair but finally waived it. However, the transmission still leaked. We then took it to AAMCO Melbourne and they found that the drain plug was very loose. If that had vibrated out, we would have lost all of the transmission fluid. ... Disappointed with Service Advisor RS not letting me know the correct part being ordered for several weeks. Not sure why parts take so long…. Also the Service advisor doesn’t seem to know Cadillac at all…. My Xt4 had been back here on several occasions, I thought buying a Cadillac means you did good in life….well the brand disappointed me
So on Wednesday 6/24/2026 I had an issue with my one of my service contracts that I needed to cancel...,and I have to say that Tony Verduzco went out of his way to take care of me ...And made it happen!!! I cannot thank this man enough! He demonstrated the Premier customer service I would expect from supporting the Cadillac brand. Truly AMAZING!. And as for the entire team at this location, They truly deserve to be recognized as one of the top tier customer service providers on the east coast of Florida! Hands Down!! Thank you again.

Richard, the Service Advisor, is very attentive to customer input & he (as well as the mechanics) provide excellent service, showing pride in their work. When the service was complete, he made sure my car was brought to the front, and had the car running & the AC on, ready for me to get in and drive it. To ensure my comfort while waiting, he let me sit in their new customer lounge. Very satisfied customer!

I took my XT5 in for an oil change, my service advisor Richard Smith was a very kind friendly guy. He also had my car washed and vacuum. After my car was brought up we noticed my screws on my license plate holder was badly rusted. Richard kindly replaced them himself, which was very nice of him. From the sales floor, finance office and management the professionalism and overall transparency is more than appreciated. Excellent customer service. Cassie is the customer service manager who assisted me. When I walked in she remembered me from some past service. She remembered my car and the story about the reason we purchased our Cadillac. My check engine light came on the afternoon prior. I was able to get the code. When I came in I went straight to Cassie. I trust her completely! I explained what i found. She explained the steps they would need to take to include a diagnostic to confirm no other problems. Could not have asked for a smoother transition! The Tasca family was very professional and treated me with respect during the whole lease process. They helped me with the majority of the paperwork ahead of time and was in and out of the dealer in about an hour. I highly recommend them and would lease or purchase from them again.

Justin serviced our '22 GMC Denali on Monday. I met Justin because he sold my wife and I the truck and was a fantastic salesperson. Justin is an amazing employee.
